Delete Account

Effective August 12, 2026

You can request deletion of your MySafeMenu account and associated personal information at any time.

To request deletion:
  1. Email mysafeplate@dnatechgroup.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject “MySafeMenu Account Deletion Request.”
  3. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and user-associated profile data, requests, reports, and reviews, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.
